Jose works for the Legislative Data Center as their mobile device expert and manages the enterprise device system. Jose is skilled with MACs and PCs. Jose ‘s passion is for Apple products and providing outstanding customer service. Jose has been a speaker at HDI national with topics such as “Social Media Tools.”
Ellen works for the Legislative Data Center. She has managed the Service Desk, Field Services, Account Management, Deployment Management, Training, and ITSM. Ellen has developed ITIL processes such as incident management, problem management, OLAs, and SLAs. Ellen’s passion is customer service and developing employees. Ellen has a BS in Business Information Management, several ITIL certificates, and is a certified management trainer.
Jackie Henderson is a manager at Delta Dental of California for their Support Center. She has always made good customer service a priority wherever she worked. Jackie is a past HDI Analyst of the Year for the Sacramento Chapter and then the Western Region. Jackie’s passion is efficiency and customer service. Her unit has developed a number of innovative processes using the ITIL philosophy. Jackie enjoys helping others.
Lauretta has been a long standing board member in various roles and has recently become California’s District President providing leadership and advice to a number of chapters. Sacramento HDI is very proud of Lauretta and her accomplishments. Lauretta has had a number of roles at the Turlock Irrigation District. Her technical expertise is invaluable.
Stephen has experience Operations, Networking, Service Desk and Desktop Support; working for everything from start-ups to multi million dollar companies. He currently holds a leadership role for the California Delta Association. Stephen enjoys working hard with a team to bring higher standards of excellence through creativity and dedication. Stephen believes in motivating teammates to achieve goals and grow together. Stephen wants to always work for organizations that emphasized a teamwork atmosphere and works for the benefits of the customer as well as the organization.
